What We Do for Buyers

SKGP allocates physical supply for industrial and institutional buyers through a controlled network of mines, processors, recyclers, and producers across multiple jurisdictions. Supply is continuously available through internally controlled reserves and long term production channels. Each allocation is designed, verified, and executed by SKGP, including material validation, documentation and compliance preparation, inspection coordination, logistics sequencing, and delivery oversight.

Buyers do not manage fragmented suppliers, incomplete documentation, or execution risk. They transact with SKGP as the single accountable counterparty. We retain control from commercial terms through final delivery so buyers can focus exclusively on importation and downstream utilization.

Transaction Structure

Allocation Hold and Preparation

SKGP establishes the allocation hold and completes all transaction preparation including verification, documentation, compliance, and execution readiness.

Execution and Delivery

Upon completion of preparation, the buyer funds material, shipping, insurance, and import processing. SKGP executes the transaction and manages delivery through final completion.

SKGP’s execution fee is payable only upon successful delivery

How Our Supply Model Works

SKGP operates as the supply counterparty with continuous access to both internally controlled material and long term production relationships. Certain volumes are available immediately through SKGP’s own channels, while additional capacity is activated through established producers that have been fully vetted and integrated into SKGP’s execution framework. In all cases, SKGP retains responsibility for allocation, transaction structure, execution, and outcome.

The buyer utilizes its existing legal, regulatory, and compliance framework for importation, eliminating redundant infrastructure, preserving regulatory efficiency, and materially lowering delivered cost. SKGP assembles the full documentation and compliance package, coordinates execution, and manages transaction risk, ensuring continuity and reliability across the full transaction lifecycle.

Resulting structure provides verified physical supply, clean documentation, and execution certainty while avoiding the balance sheet inflation and cost layering inherent in traditional principal trading models.
